Pittsburgh Steelers running back DeAngelo Williams took the unusual approach to hearing about Bronco’s QB Peyton Manning’s retirement on Monday.
While many of his fellow NFL players heaped praise on the star QB, Williams decided to point out just how bad Manning was in 2015. He may be correct, but his timing was perhaps in bad taste..
Look Peyton is a hall of fame qb who couldn’t play dead in a western last year but career over all is astonishing but last year was 💩😷

Williams spoke to the Mike and Mike Show on Tuesday, and if you thought he was going to change his tune, he expanded on it.
“He was garbage last year,” Williams said. “I stand behind all my tweets. If I tweeted it and I said it, I am not apologizing for it.”
