Antonio Brown fined for ‘using the goalpost as a prop’

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown was hit in the wallet to the tune of exactly $$11,576 for his goal post celebration against Indianapolis last Sunday, per ESPN’s Chris Mortensen.

Brown was understandably excited after returning a punt 71 yards for a touchdown.

“I got a little fine for it,” Brown told the Pittsburgh-Tribune Review on Wednesday.

“They [the NFL] didn’t like it too much.”

“I was full of excitement,” Brown said Sundayafter the game. “I tried to stick it at the goalpost, and it just didn’t work out.”
