According to USA Today, Buffalo Bills offensive line coach Aaron Kromer was arrested for assault and battery early Sunday morning in Florida.
The Bills coach was arrested at 1:39 a.m. and released on bond at 3:10 a.m., according to jail records provided by Ian Rapoport of NFL.com.
The coach got into an alleged confrontation with his neighbor’s son, who is a minor, at Inlet Beach after arguing with three boys pertaining to the use of beach chairs left by a beach access.
Kromer allegedly pushed one of the boys to the ground and punched him in the face.
“We are aware of the report and in the process of gathering the facts,” Bills senior vice president of senior communications Scott Berchtold said in a statement.
In 2014, Kromer admitted to his players that he was one of the sources behind a report that quarterback Cutler was being criticized.
