Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo accepted the Nancy Lieberman Lifetime Achievement Award from the Basketball Hall of Fame last week in Dallas, and what most missed until now was Romo’s little sublte sneak-in of what he’s expecting for the upcoming football season.
“This award is very meaningful to me, mostly because I get to be associated with this and to be associated with Nancy,” Romo said, via the Dallas Morning News.
“It’s incredible and I really appreciate you, and we’re going to win a Super Bowl next year. Thank you.”
You’re welcome, Tony. You’re welcome.
