Rays no match for 17-year-old girl’s knuckleball

The Tampa Bay Rays must be feeling a little lost after many of them were fanned by a young 17-year-old girl who throws a vicious knuckleball, reports Nate Scott of USA TODAY Sports.

“[Chelsea Baker] learned how to throw the pitch from knuckleball guru Phil Niekro, and Baker has used it to throw a couple perfect games in Little League.

Before a Tampa Bay Rays game, the team took batting practice against Baker, and looked absolutely foolish doing so. Beware the knuckler!”
