Many of us saw the video of Jets fan Kurt Paschke punching a women in face after the Patriots-Jets game Sunday. Now we’re getting some charges stemming from the incident along with a few more details about what took place.
The New Jersey State Police have charged Amanda MacDowell of Marlborough, MA, Jaclyn Nugent of Boston, David James Sacco of Boston and Kurt Paschke of Holbrook, NY with simple assault and disorderly conduct.
The video shows Paschke striking Nugent, but what we didn’t get to see was what transpired before. We had Paschke as the bad guy in all of this, seeing how he punched a woman and reportedly has done prison time for murder 20 years ago.
“The investigation revealed that Amanda MacDowell and Jaclyn Nugent were observed kicking and punching Paschke in the body and head. Shortly thereafter, Paschke was observed striking Nugent with a punch to the face. David James Sacco then was observed striking Paschke in the face,” the police said in a statement.
“We have zero tolerance for this behavior,” the Jets’ statement said. “Consistent with our Fan Code of Conduct, those involved have been banned from attending any events at the stadium. Once the legal process has run its course, each of them must take the necessary steps before even being considered for readmission to future events.”
