Tony Stewart is currently holed up in a North Carolina hospital recovering from two surgeries on the broken leg he suffered racing a sprint car in Iowa earlier this week.
And he’s apparently keeping himself busy in an effort to forget all about missing the big race this weekend, by doing what he does best (besides race).
The serial butt-grabber is “‘hassling the nurses”, according to fellow racer Danica Patrick, who visited Stewart this week, according to USA TODAY Sports.
Sunday at Watkins Glen International will be the first NASCAR Sprint Cup race without Stewart since 1998.
The latest report says Stewart will be out “indefinitely.”
